I really do dislike the whole " new year resolution" hoo-ha that starts up right after Christmas and usually lasts until the second week of January ( right about the time that the local 24 Hour Fitness goes back to normal and all the people realize that watching teevee is a lot easier than walking on a treadmill )
Still , I believe that there is room for change and here are a few things I want to try to do differently this year :
1) Read more , less tv ....
2) More music , less podcasts ....
3) More tea , less coffee ....... oh , who am i kidding ?? More coffee !!
4) More cooking-in , less eating out ...
5) More family / friends , less me ....
